To request deletion of your weReader account and associated server data, email support@wereader.app from the Google account you use to sign in to weReader.
After we verify the request, we will delete your weReader account record and server-side data associated with that account, including synced book metadata, reading progress, highlights, notes, comments, reactions, settings, and uploaded bug reports where reasonably identifiable.
EPUB files and backups stored on your own devices are not removed by server-side account deletion. We may retain limited records when required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or backup integrity.
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more information to verify the account, we will reply to your request email.
